Our drivers bring testers for you to experience. Cancel or exchange if you don't like the fragrances - no questions asked.

Our perfumes are created to last up to 8 hours depending on how much you put and weather conditions. As a general rule, our Eau De Parfum scents last up to 8 hours while our Eau De Toilette last up to to 6 hours.

Orders in Doha and Al Wakra are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Free delivery is available in Doha and Wakra.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments can be made on our website or on delivery (COD).

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are possible within the same period, following the same conditions.

You need to contact customer service to start the process. The cost and risk of shipping the product back fall on you (the customer).

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a refund is processed to the original payment method.
