Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and follow fair practices in line with Qatar’s Consumer Protection Law.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Testing at Home Feature

Customers in eligible locations may request to sample the smell at home before purchase. This service is only available when fulfilment is handled directly by Oqba Perfumes and may not be offered in all areas. Availability is subject to operational capacity and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service to request a return or exchange.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • Products must be shipped using a trackable service to the address provided by customer service.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the standard processing time, depending on your provider.

Oqba Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.
